2024 Charity Application Form

To reserve charity places or to register to become a charity partner for Santa in the City please complete and submit the following form.

There is no cost or commitment to reserve places or become a promoted charity with us, All we ask is that you promote the event to your supporters where you can. We will in return provide:

  • Reserved places for your supporters in the event at a cost of £28.95 per person. You do not need to commit to these numbers and will only be invoiced for the places you fill.

  • Promotion of your charity on the event website(s), social media and PR (where possible). We just need your logo, copy, and URL

  • Support with pre-event communications.

  • Marketing resources, and event runner pack to help you promote the events to your supporters and participants

  • Optional Santa Suit delivery to you offices (additional costs apply)

Charities will be contacted at the end of November to provide participant details, and invoices for filled places will be sent to charities at the beginning of December. Please contact us if you have any questions or check out our handy groups and charities FAQ list.
